There are many available funds for eligible Malaysian and International communities. These are some of the few:

Malaysia

The Malaysian government has allocated RM35 billion in the PENJANA scheme with an aim in restoring the country's economy.

Malaysian are able to apply for loans under the SME Technology Transformation Fund as part of the PENJANA scheme introduced by the Malaysian government. Please visit www.smebank.com.my.

For eligible Bumiputeras, a dedicated scheme can be applied via www.punb.com.my or www.mara.gov.my.

International

United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) is the specialized agency of the United Nations that promotes industrial development for poverty reduction, inclusive globalization, and environmental sustainability. Do check out their website for more information https://www.unido.org/.
